An evaluation is an opportunity to test fit with your laboratory. Routine clinical use requires its own validation, agreements and review arrangements.

Please leave patient names, raw DNA and medical records out of the first email. We can discuss an appropriate transfer process if an evaluation proceeds.
Build the review into the plan.
A laboratory evaluation should identify who reviews the evidence, who is responsible for clinical interpretation and who authorizes the report for its intended audience. Those responsibilities need an agreed process before patient delivery.
Technical report preparation does not replace professional review. We discuss the required validation and licensed clinical oversight as part of the proposed scope; this page does not offer on-demand physician appointments.

01Can you support our exact assay?
Compatibility is assessed with the actual assay and export. A file extension, an instrument brand or a supported parser alone does not establish validated report coverage. Share the technical details first.
02Can reports carry our laboratory branding?
Branded reporting is part of the platform workflow. We can discuss your identity, report structure and intended audience during evaluation, then review the resulting report together.
03Is self-service lab registration open?
New laboratory access is arranged with our team. Existing lab users can sign in to the lab portal.
04What does a pilot cost?
Scope and commercial terms are discussed directly. Assay evaluation, custom content, language work and routine reporting may have different requirements; we will establish those before an agreement.
05Can an evaluation report be used for patient care?
An evaluation does not establish clinical readiness. Intended use, validation, required professional review and release arrangements must be agreed separately before clinical delivery.
