01What does Atlagene do?

Atlagene is a genomic analysis platform being developed for laboratories and, in a future release, individuals. Our current focus is evaluating laboratory workflows for DNA file analysis and informational reporting.

02Can I upload my DNA file today?

Consumer registration and uploads are not open. Visit early access for the current status. Laboratories can contact the team to discuss a scoped evaluation.

03Does this replace a clinical genetic test?

No. Informational analysis of an existing file does not replace a validated clinical test, diagnosis, or professional medical advice. Findings may require confirmatory testing and qualified clinical interpretation.

04How do we start a laboratory pilot?

We begin with your file format, intended use, reporting language, expected volume, and review requirements. Compatibility, scope, commercial terms, and data-processing arrangements are agreed before patient use.
